Looking for a place where your family can grow?

We are building in the Lubbock area because it’s the fastest growing hub in West Texas. With major industries like Texas Tech University, LCU, the medical district and vast farming community, Lubbock is a great place to move to grow and build a family.

Uptown West

Uptown West is a master planned 253 lot subdivision located in one of Lubbock’s fastest growing areas at Frankford Avenue and Erskine Avenue.

The Lincoln 16

The Lincoln 16 subdivision will provide an abundance of townhome, duplex, and single-family lots. Lincoln 16 is located at the northeast corner of Frankford Avenue and Erskine Avenue.

Burgamy Park

This neighborhood has a rich history with the land being in the same family, the Burgamys, for the last 97 years. Located in northwest Lubbock, the neighborhood is convenient to Levelland, Texas Tech, LCU, West End Shopping Center and Shallowater.
