MANAGER

Jordan Wheatley

Jordan Wheatley was born and raised in Lubbock. He is a graduate of Lubbock Coronado High School and Texas Tech University with a degree in Construction Engineering Technology (2002). Jordan’s construction career includes having worked for RSM Builders Supply of Lubbock, Hunt Construction Group of Dallas, and Lydick-Hooks Roofing Company of Lubbock prior to starting Jordan Wheatley Custom Homes in 2007. Jordan was the 2016 President of the West Texas Home Builders Association and the 2017 President of Lubbock Homes for Heroes. Jordan and his wife Christiane have three children, Ava, Jake and Genevieve.

Chad Tarver

Chad Tarver started his career in the construction industry very early while working at his family’s lumber yard in Breckenridge,TX throughout high school and college. Chad started his framing contractor business in Lubbock in 2002. To date, he has now framed in excess of 1,000 houses in Lubbock and West Texas. In 2014, Chad began building residential homes as Hub City Custom Homes. In 2017, he joined 806 Land Group to begin developing residential subdivisions. Chad and his wife Jessica have two children, Austin and Preslie. He currently serves on the West Texas Homebuilders Association Board of Directors.
